About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Logistics Operations Manager to join our team in Colleferro. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our site.

Responsibilities
  • Create and drive a culture of safety and wellbeing across the site.
  • Analyse and implement changes to improve quality and productivity.
  • Oversee projects to streamline processes, optimise productivity, and increase quality of service for customers.
  • Analyse shift performance against relevant business objectives and put in place actions to improve operational excellence.
  • Work collaboratively with management-level colleagues to standardise shift practices.
A Day in the Life

You will work on a shift pattern at one of our sites, focusing on owning and driving a culture of safety and upholding quality and shift performance standards. You will also oversee process improvements within your area and drive implementation. A typical day is varied, including routine team management, daily operational responsibilities, process improvement, and wide-scale operational contingency tasks. You will be a role model and mentor to new managers.
