The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Supply Data Analyst Intern to join our team. As a Supply Data Analyst, you will assist in collecting, processing, and analyzing data to support our business decisions and strategic initiatives. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in data analysis and work within a dynamic and innovative tech environment.

Responsibilities
  • Data Collection and Cleaning: Assist in gathering data from multiple sources, including internal databases, spreadsheets, and third-party data systems. Perform data cleaning and preprocessing to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
  • Data Analysis: Conduct basic statistical analyses and generate reports to identify trends and patterns. Support senior analysts with more complex data analysis tasks.
  • Reporting and Visualization: Create data visualizations, dashboards, and reports using Metabase as the main tool. Present analytical findings to team members and stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
  • Support and Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and provide analytical support. Assist in developing and implementing data collection systems and strategies to optimize data efficiency and quality.
  • Learning and Development: Stay current with industry trends, tools, and techniques in data analysis. Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance analytical skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Excel; knowledge of SQL and data visualization tools such as Metabase is a plus.
  • Basic understanding of statistical methods and data analysis techniques.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with programming languages such as Python.
  • Understanding of data warehousing concepts and tools.
  • Experience with big data tools and technologies.
