**Job Description:**

Project Management:

As a mRNA Project Manager - Strategic Development Lead, you will maintain focus on clients' requirements and the interests of the company, ensuring successful project outcomes.

Your key responsibilities will include generating key documentation, contributing to strategic definition of new business opportunities, leading and tracking project activities, coordinating planning and execution, and holding regular meetings and correspondence between internal and client teams.

New Business Development:

You will contribute to the definition of new business opportunities, working closely with the leadership team and existing/potential clients to acquire new products or revise progress status/completion of projects.

Technology Transfer:

Maintain continuous contact with clients, focusing on their requirements and the company's interests, while generating key documentation including technology transfer lists, gap analyses, plans, reports, timelines, action item lists, and project-specific protocols/reports.

Project Management:

Lead, track, follow up and supervise project activities to ensure alignment with expectations and agreed-upon timeline, coordinate planning, execution and closure of all engineering/feasibility/optimization phase activities, and chair regular meetings and correspondence between internal and client teams.

Optimization of Production Costs:

Contribute to the optimization of production processes, aiming to increase project savings on the technical side while maintaining compliance with cGMP and company procedures.

Risk Management:

Support and advise Business Management on defining technical risks related to acquiring new job orders, collecting necessary details required for evaluation and completing it respecting the company's interests.

PD Relationship Management:

If requested, during the project, you may also be responsible for coordinating development work with the PD manager together with the support of the PD Department.

Internal Support and Client Relations:

Provide support and project coordination to Validation and Production during the clinical/validation/stability phase, including reviewing and approving process documents.

GMP & Health & Safety:

Evaluate and apply cGMP in your work area, following all EH & S requirements and observing safety behavior in the working environment.

Education:

A bachelor's degree or higher is preferred for this position.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Strong understanding of project management principles and practices.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to analyze complex situations and develop effective solutions.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Experience with document management and control systems.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
