About the Role

The Global Account Operations Manager plays a vital role in driving sales optimization and ensuring seamless communication between teams to achieve business targets.

Responsibilities

  • Process Standardization: Develop, standardize, and deploy account management and sales processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Data-driven Decision Making: Analyze data to gain insights into performance trends and areas for improvement. Generate actionable reports that inform strategic decisions and help in setting that will enable rectification and growth.

  • Team Leadership: Deploy and manage a team of Global Account Operations Managers globally that will support in excess of 50 global accounts across various regions.

  • Tool Evaluation: Evaluate and support the implementation of sales tools and technologies that improve account plan execution and enable consolidation of pipeline management, productivity, and efficiency.

  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, tools, and segments to align on joint account activities and deploy initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in either Engineering or Business or Trade qualifications with business management experience.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales Operations Management, preferably in a multi-segment, IT/OT environment.

  • Strong system and process implementation skills, people management skills, with experience in dealing with complex geographically dispersed organizational structures.
