About the Role
The Global Account Operations Manager plays a vital role in driving sales optimization and ensuring seamless communication between teams to achieve business targets.
Responsibilities
Process Standardization: Develop, standardize, and deploy account management and sales processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Data-driven Decision Making: Analyze data to gain insights into performance trends and areas for improvement. Generate actionable reports that inform strategic decisions and help in setting that will enable rectification and growth.
Team Leadership: Deploy and manage a team of Global Account Operations Managers globally that will support in excess of 50 global accounts across various regions.
Tool Evaluation: Evaluate and support the implementation of sales tools and technologies that improve account plan execution and enable consolidation of pipeline management, productivity, and efficiency.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, tools, and segments to align on joint account activities and deploy initiatives.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in either Engineering or Business or Trade qualifications with business management experience.
Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales Operations Management, preferably in a multi-segment, IT/OT environment.
Strong system and process implementation skills, people management skills, with experience in dealing with complex geographically dispersed organizational structures.
