Robotics Researcher

As a Robotics Researcher, you will be responsible for theoretical and hands-on research on control and machine learning for human-robot interaction using fixed- and mobile-base collaborative robots. Your tasks will include testing and validation of algorithms and hardware solutions, supervision of PhD and MSc students, and preparation of grants to support lab activities.

• PhD degree in robotics, control systems, or a related field with a strong background in robot planning and control, physical human-robot interaction, or machine learning.
• Strong programming skills in C++ and Python, experience with ROS, and proficiency in version control tools (git).
• A strong publication record and ability to properly report, organize, and publish research data.
• Documented experience in coaching junior scientists and good command of spoken and written English.

Estimated Salary: €60,000 - €80,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
