Job Title: Finance Director

Join Michael Page International Italia S.R.L. as a Finance Director and take on a challenging role in shaping the financial strategy of a leading multinational company. As a key member of the finance team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing financial strategies, preparing and presenting financial reports, and supporting the Accounting Centre in ensuring compliance with financial laws and guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth and profitability
  • Prepare and present financial reports and risk analysis to senior management and stakeholders
  • Support the Accounting Centre in ensuring compliance with financial laws and guidelines
  • Monitor financial performance by measuring and analyzing results
  • Manage budgeting and forecasting efforts to ensure accurate financial projections
  • Support the Accounting Centre in establishing, monitoring, and enforcing internal controls
  • Provide leadership to the finance department team and engage with senior management to develop short, medium, and long-term financial plans and projections
  • Oversee cash flow planning and ensure availability of funds as needed
  • Manage the company's financial planning and risk management
  • Support global financial teams in preparing, analyzing, and presenting monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
  • Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure operational efficiency
  • Support the Accounting Centre to ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards
  • Collaborate with senior management to make critical business decisions
  • Manage relationships with banks, investors, and auditors
  • Identify opportunities for cost savings and revenue generation
  • Lead and manage the finance team
  • Oversee the management of company investments
Requirements:
  • Financial management and accounting experience as a Chief Financial Officer, Finance Director, or similar role
  • Strong understanding of financial law and financial risk management
  • Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods
  • Ability to strategize and solve problems
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • An analytical mind, comfortable with numbers
  • In-depth knowledge of corporate finance and accounting principles, laws, and company practices
  • Solid knowledge of financial analysis and forecasting
  • Proficient in the use of MS Office and financial management software
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
  • A certified public accountant (CPA) qualification is desirable but not essential
  • BSc/BA in Accounting, Finance, or relevant field; MSc/MA is a plus
