Job Description

We are looking for a Junior Merchandiser/Junior Operations Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will report to the Operations/Commercial Manager and be responsible for order management, logistics, and customer communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Full order management for bulk orders, including entering orders into the system and following up with clients and production partners.
• Visiting production partners to discuss processes and ensure deadlines are met.
• Responsible for logistics, arranging shipments, documents, and informing clients about their orders.
• Contact with international clients and attend fabric fairs to present and note down customer requests.
• Manage sampling of customers and follow up on their specific design requests.

Requirements

• University degree.
• Precise with attention to detail.
• Enthusiastic with an urge to grow.
• Flexible and no 9-5 mentality.
• Autonomous with a very proactive mindset.
• Strong communication skills.
• Hands-on and pragmatic approach.
• Fluent in English & Italian.
• Interest in fashion & fabrics.

Details & Location

The position is based in Biella, the center of the fabric industry. We offer a flexible work environment, allowing for work from home. The minimum requirement is to work 3 days from the office in central Biella. We provide an autonomous workspace with a lot of freedom and opportunities for rapid growth in your role.
