We are seeking a highly skilled Facilities Maintenance Specialist to join our team at the Novara Road Hub. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing effective facility and equipment hard and soft services, as well as planned and reactive maintenance.
- The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in facilities maintenance and management, with a strong understanding of mechanical and electrical principles and practices.
- They will be responsible for managing vendor performance, coordinating schedules for planned maintenance, and ensuring compliance with contractual terms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide effective facility and equipment hard and soft services, including planned and reactive maintenance.
- Manage vendor performance in accordance with contractual terms.
- Coordinate schedules for planned maintenance to ensure prioritization and scheduling of multiple types of maintenance activities.
- Ensure compliance with contractual terms and conditions.
Requirements:
- Extensive experience in facilities maintenance and management.
- Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical principles and practices.
