Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain local HSE documents, including risk assessments, HSE plans, emergency response plans, and customer-specific procedures.

HSE Database Management

Update and maintain our HSE database to ensure accurate and timely information.

HSE Training

Design and deliver HSE training programs to employees, including basic safety training required by local regulations.

Zero Incident Culture

Support the development and implementation of a "Zero Incident Culture" within our organization.

QSE Support

Collaborate with the QSE team to provide support and guidance on quality and safety matters.

Requirements
  1. Education

A Master's degree in a scientific field, such as Environmental or Safety Engineering.

Language

Fluent English language skills.

HSE Knowledge

In-depth knowledge of HSE standards, best practices, quality ISO standards, concepts, processes, and procedures.

Expertise

Expertise in hazard job site assessment/analysis/solution, risk assessments, incident investigation, and root cause analysis.

Process Development

Ability to develop and implement processes and procedures, including comprehensive HSE Plans.
