Role Mission

The Team Manager is responsible for driving store performance to exceed targets and goals, focusing on team management and development.

Team

  • Lead a positive and professional team environment that fosters trust, integrity, and superior performance standards.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure excellent client experience and represent the brand as a Gucci Ambassador.
  • Provide ongoing feedback and support to client advisors to enhance their skills and motivation.
  • Conduct regular performance conversations to discuss results and develop action plans.
  • Offer on-the-spot coaching to maintain consistent client experience.
  • Participate in attracting, recruiting, and onboarding a high-performing team.
  • Partner with Store Manager and Human Resources to resolve employee relations issues effectively.
  • Ensure all company policies and procedures are followed by team members.

Client

  • Lead the team in delivering exceptional client experience, promoting a hospitality mindset.
  • Develop a client engagement mindset to build long-lasting relationships with clients.
  • Execute clientelling activities with the store team, developing actions to achieve goals and KPIs.
  • Demonstrate leadership by actively participating on the sales floor.

Product

  • Monitor category performance and propose action plans to reach targets.
  • Partner with Merchandising to provide effective feedback on products, stock situation, and specific requests.
  • Collaborate with VM to maximize category potential while maintaining the store's image.
  • Ensure team develops comprehensive product knowledge through training, staying informed about market trends and competitors.
