We are seeking a highly skilled Project Coordination Expert to join our team at BCS Automotive Interface Solutions. Based in Nichelino, Italy, this role offers an exciting opportunity to work with a leading company in the automotive industry.

Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating project activities, ensuring timely completion of tasks, and managing cross-functional teams. This role involves:
- Planning and scheduling projects to meet customer and company targets
- Collaborating with project management, global functions, and manufacturing sites to ensure smooth project execution
- Coordinating activities within the plant, communicating with departments, and resolving issues in a timely manner
- Tracking project status, identifying risks, and taking corrective measures to ensure deadline achievement
- Managing changes within assigned projects, including designing, variants, and replacements, while maintaining material flow and minimizing scrap
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- An engineering university degree
- Excellent English language skills
- Leadership experience in project coordination, with a minimum of 2 years working as a Program or Project Manager
- Able to organize and delegate tasks effectively, escalate when necessary, and work independently
- Strong communication and stress resistance skills
- Experience in coordinating cross-functional teams and a background in the automotive industry is an advantage
