About the Job

Solvere Technical Group is seeking a highly skilled Sports Performance Specialist to join our team at Osan Air Base in South Korea.

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Athletic Trainer to provide support to U.S. military personnel. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sports performance and conditioning, with a focus on injury prevention and rehabilitation.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement customized training programs for fighter aircrew personnel
  • Conduct initial evaluations and establish records for all participants
  • Provide prehabilitative services to enhance resistance to neck and back injury
  • Design and implement a MSK strengthening program as part of an overall health maintenance program
  • Advise unit commanders and individuals on matters related to injury prevention
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Athletic Training or a related field
  • Current licensure as an Athletic Trainer by the NATA
  • At least 2 years of demonstrated experience as an Athletic Trainer
  • Demonstrated experience with professional and/or collegiate sports
Compensation:

We offer a competitive salary of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance, basic life insurance, short- and long-term disability, a 401k plan, paid time off, and holidays.
