HV Cable Project Coordinator

We are looking for an experienced HV Cable Project Coordinator to join our team at Aventa.
The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in Civil/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering and at least 5 years of experience as a Project Engineer for a major Oil & Gas EPC Contractor or Civil Contractor.
The HV Cable Project Coordinator will be responsible for managing project subcontractors, ensuring compliance with HSE policies and regulations, and collecting Lessons Learnt.
Key Responsibilities:- Act as the main interface with the Permitting Manager, participate in meetings with Land Owners, Authorities, Asset Owners, and follow up on any actions needed to obtain permits on time, cooperating with the Employer.
- Ensure a Permits obtainment schedule is in place and properly monitored.
- Be responsible for updating the Project Actions Tracker Register and follow up on any actions dealing with the relevant Function.
- Master's degree in Civil/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum of 5 years working experience as a Project Engineer for a major Oil & Gas EPC Contractor or Civil Contractor.
- Familiarity with the procurement process and technical bid evaluation of bidders' proposals.
- Experience in managing the documentation review cycle with the Employer and Marine Warranty Surveyor.
