About the Role

As a Customer Support Consultant at SupportYourApp, you will be part of a multicultural and multilingual environment where you can thrive while enjoying your home office. You will have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology, build positive relationships with customers, and maintain working knowledge of our clients' products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer support via chats and emails
  • Build positive and long-lasting relationships with customers
  • Meet team KPIs
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends
  • Work securely with customers' sensitive information
  • Maintain knowledge of our clients' products and services
  • Communicate effectively with developers and other departments

Requirements:

  • Native Japanese and English communication skills
  • At least 6 months of experience in a customer support role
  • Analytical and research skills
  • Positive and responsible attitude
  • A personal laptop or computer with at least 8Gb of RAM and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps–download and 40 Mbps–upload)

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with CRM systems
  • Experience in crypto/finance

Salary: $40,000 - $55,000 per annum
