Join Our Team as an Origination and Client Management Trainee

Responsibilities

The role involves managing contracts for existing and new clients, with a focus on small ticket banking, finance, and commercial clients. This includes:

  • Inserting client data into our system (Colldesk or Bridge) with economic parameters set (fees and costs);
  • Collaborating with internal departments (IT, OPS, Finance OPS) to share contract conditions and identify operational peculiarities or requests that require intervention from other departments;
  • Configuring international mandates with relevant SO (sister Office) and international partner codes;
  • Providing technical and analytical support for the use of Salesforce, our group's CRM application;
  • Managing Client Portals (as suppliers), from qualification to maintenance, including preparing and updating documentation for upload, involving relevant departments as needed.

The role may also involve similar activities for the acquisition and management of NPL (non-performing loan) clients.

Key Skills

We are looking for candidates with:

  • Knowledge of the credit recovery sector and collection processes in banking, finance, and corporate environments;
  • Preference for knowledge of current small ticket applications (Colldesk/Bridge) and, ideally, NPL applications;
  • A predisposition to work in a team, with a problem-solving approach;
  • Good attention to detail, proactivity, and ability to work under pressure while meeting deadlines;
  • Good knowledge of the Office package;
  • Knowledge of Salesforce is a plus;
  • Knowledge of the Group's interactive portal, Intrum Web;
  • Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
