Role Summary

In this dynamic role, you will work closely with clients and provide expert advice. This position requires a European Driving License.

Main Responsibilities
  • Assess the design / production / in service aspects of engineering assets using procedures, experience and knowledge appropriate for routine situations.
  • Be involved in direct surveys of mechanical or electrical parts and components for use in a maritime or industry environment at manufacturer's works, periodical or initial inspections of manufacturer's works.
  • Contribute to the Type Approval Process with basic quality assessments.
  • Present the deliverable to internal/external clients and come up with solutions as needed.
Required Qualifications
  • Degree or equivalent from a tertiary organisation recognised by Lloyd's Register within the relevant field of mechanical Engineer, Naval Architect, Marine Engineer or Qualifications from a marine or nautical institution and relevant sea-going experience as a certificated ship's officer.
  • Preferably minimum three years (3) of working experience in a relevant role.
  • Sound engineering and manufacturing knowledge.
  • Ability and willingness for enhancement of your engineering knowledge in a wide range of technology.
Salary and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this position is approximately €60,000 - €80,000, depending on location and experience.
