Key Responsibilities

As a member of the EMEA Operations team, you will be responsible for all planning, purchasing, customizing, distribution, and support services that provide superior value to our customers. You will ensure that the plan meets customer requirements, provide the factory with an optimal manufacturing plan, managing both capacity and headcount efficiently, while managing the regions' inventory within company goals.

Main Responsibilities

  • Manage the supply/demand for the region, ensuring all customer requirements are met at Leadtime.
  • Manage the group purchasing process for Terminals, liaising with the sales teams and S&OP process prior to monthly purchase submission.
  • Organize, chair, and lead regular meetings that are essential to the successful execution of the S&OP process.
  • Manage the Inventory levels for the region, balancing Supply/Demand with the company Goals.
  • Share Weekly Buildplan/priority meetings with the Sales team.
  • Produce Weekly/Monthly KPIs.

Requirements

You have 5 years' experience as an S&OP Leader/Specialist/Demand Planning Leader/Master Scheduler, and a IOM Diploma is preferred. You speak English fluently, and German proficiency is a plus.

Technical Skills

  • Excellent demand planning knowledge.
  • Excellent communication, written and verbal, skills.
  • Advanced in Microsoft packages (Excel/Word).
  • Systems literate (Web/SAP).
  • Strong capability to perform detailed analysis.
  • Fluency in English.

Nice-to-have Skills

  • Knowledge of MRP/ERP system - SAP (MM, SD, WM).
  • Flexible, good problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Experience working in a Manufacturing environment.
  • Knowledge of logistics & customs rules.
  • Knowledge of Incoterms.
  • Experience using Anaplan.
