Job Summary

Euronext N.V. is seeking a highly skilled Financial Markets Operations Specialist to join our Finance Operations team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our financial markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Expense Note Management: Oversee the tracking and management of employees' expense notes to ensure accurate and timely processing.
  • PO Management: Manage the process of Purchase Orders (POs) from initiation to closure, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Supplier and Inter-Company Accounting: Handle the passive cycle accounting for suppliers and inter-company transactions, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and review financial reports to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Monthly Closures: Assist in the preparation and review of monthly closures, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Customer and Product Entries: Create new customer and product entries in our accounting system, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
  • Aging and Reminders: Daily update aging and reminding expired positions to ensure timely payment and compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Billing and Sales Orders: Create billing files and sales orders, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
  • Electronic Invoicing: Check the status of electronic invoicing to ensure timely and accurate processing.
  • Customer Relationships: Manage relationships with external and internal customers, ensuring excellent customer service and compliance with company policies and procedures.

Candidate Profile:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional with a Master's Degree in Economics, Business, or Accounting. The ideal candidate will have good knowledge of English (both written and spoken) and experience using different types of tools and software (Microsoft Office). The successful candidate will possess precision, attention to detail, and excellent teamwork skills.
