As a Corporate Performance Management (CPM) Planning Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting the financial planning and analysis functions of the organization. This position requires an expert in developing planning applications in Tagetik and handling all matters related to CPM user support and management, data collection, data transformation, and reporting.

Responsibilities:
  • Create, maintain, and enhance CPM Applications master data.
  • Collect and refine requirements for planning applications related to financial planning processes.
  • Define data integration requirements for planning applications, considering consolidation complexities and consistency with other analytics information.
  • Collaborate with the FP&A Process Owner to design, create, maintain, and enhance Tagetik standard reporting.
  • Develop data collection templates for actual and planning processes based on Financial Planning Process Owner requirements.
  • Lead financial closing and recurring financial planning processes, including data collection solutions, user technical support, and user training.
  • Act as Data Quality Controller, building and running consistency checks for data collected within the CPM applications.
  • Conceptualize and document existing and future reporting, planning, and consolidation solutions.
  • Define, build, and conduct training for CPM users to ensure best practices in using the CPM application(s).


Requirements:
  • Masters degree in Business, Economics, or IT.
  • 5-6 years of experience in implementing and managing Tagetik or similar CPM applications, or an FP&A background with a strong interest in business solutions implementation and support.
  • Excellent knowledge of reporting (including MS Excel with VBA and macros), and data integration (including SQL).
  • Understanding and willingness to develop data architecture and information modeling skills.
  • Fluent in English.
