About the Role: We're seeking a skilled and compassionate Massage Therapist & Customer Experience Specialist to join our team. As a Service Provider, you'll deliver exceptional customer service, promote our wellness programs, and help clients feel their best.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer service and establish positive relationships with guests
- Promote the value of Total Body Care by educating clients on new services and selling the Massage Envy Wellness Program
- Support clinic flow by greeting clients, scheduling services, and addressing questions
- Help grow and retain a client base through in-person and phone/email outreach

Requirements:
- High school diploma (or equivalent) and previous retail or sales experience (preferred)
- Critical thinking with excellent math and computer skills and ability to multitask
- Great people skills and ability to establish positive relationships with guests
- Supporters of total body care with general knowledge of massage and skin care services
