Key Responsibilities
  • Provide top-notch customer support to TRICARE beneficiaries, resolving issues efficiently and effectively.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of services, meeting or exceeding customer expectations.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements, applying this knowledge to enhance service quality and efficiency.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of €40,000 - €60,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.

Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in international settings.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with proficiency in English (language proficiency may vary depending on the location).
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration, international relations, or communications.
