Responsibilities
This role will involve:
Sales Management
- Developing and managing sales of HA products through a targeted portfolio of Retail customers.
- Building and developing solid sales relationships with existing Retail customers at a national level to achieve agreed sales and market share targets.
Channel Management
- Designing and proposing sales campaigns and defining the appropriate distribution strategy across the channel.
- Providing follow-up and feedback related to any sales lead.
Operations
- Coordinating and monitoring Field Sales (Agencies) activities.
- Supporting in visiting assigned key customers (GDS, Modern Trade) on the field, directly managing key customers at a national central level.
- Closing deals ensuring that contracts are finalized within the correct timeframes throughout the whole national territory.
- Managing sales forecasting and inventory management including stock planning and rotation through WebSiSo.
Requirements
- Educational Background: High School, Bachelor or Major - preferably in Economics a plus.
- Professional Background: 1-2 years' experience in Retail Sales (GDS, GDO).
- Computer Knowledge: Excellent MS Office tools.
- Language Knowledge: Very good written and spoken English.
