About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Process Engineering Lead to join our team at Takeda Pharmaceutical. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective operation of our pharmaceutical machinery and equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of process engineers and technicians to ensure the maintenance and validation of equipment in accordance with cGMP regulations.
  • Develop and implement strategies for process improvement and optimization, ensuring alignment with the latest industry standards and regulations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical issues and deviations, ensuring compliance with GMP rules.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to subordinate managers and staff members, promoting a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  • Manage multiple technical projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and resources to achieve business objectives.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including regulatory bodies, to ensure compliance and resolve any issues that may arise.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in engineering (mechanical, electronic, industrial, automation, etc.)
  • 10+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with a focus on process engineering, maintenance, and technical support.
  • Excellent knowledge of cGMP regulations and industry standards.
  • Fluent in English.
