About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hospital Customer Service & Planning Specialist to join our team at Viatris. As a key member of our hospital sector team, you will be responsible for ensuring a high level of patient satisfaction through interactions with final customers and RAM, improving hospital operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure accurate order entry and verification of delivery and regulatory standards.
  • Support RAM and NKAM, acting as a liaison between headquarters' needs and RAM/NKAM in terms of customer service.
  • Manage and provide responses to public and private clients regarding order fulfillment status.
  • Communicate regarding shortages, drug transfers, product unavailability, and order releases.
  • Manage activities related to portfolio products, conducting analyses and forecasts to align with company goals and market trends.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for growth and areas of improvement.
  • Forecast sales and set performance targets based on data analysis and market insights.
  • Manage product supply in all phases, collaborating with local supply team to forecast, plan, maintain, and manage according to monthly S&OP requests.
About Your Skills & Experience

We are looking for a candidate with a strong background in health science, 3-5 years of experience, and a broad knowledge of related safety disciplines in the pharmaceutical industry. Proficiency in speaking, comprehending, reading, and writing English is required. Soft skills such as a positive attitude, accuracy, curiosity, proactive, and result-oriented approach are essential.
