About the Role

The Demand Planning organization at SC Johnson is responsible for developing the demand forecast. As a Demand Planning Intern, you will play a key role in supporting our team in this process.

Responsibilities
  • Collect and analyze past and future demand inputs from Sales and Marketing to calculate their impacts on demand.
  • Work with cross-functional partners on projects such as new product launches, discontinuations, and transitions to evaluate assumptions.
  • Measure, analyze, and communicate key process metrics and monitor adherence to key performance indicators.
  • Collaborate with supply partners to understand supply constraints and their impact on demand plans.
Requirements
  • Minimum of an undergraduate degree in a related field, such as economics, supply chain management, or engineering.
  • Good knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Fluent in Italian and English.
