About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Finance Manager to join our team at Brown-Forman. As a key member of our Leadership team, you will be responsible for providing financial leadership and strategic direction to our organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide financial leadership and direction to our local/country Finance and Accounting teams.
- Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth and profitability.
- Lead the planning and forecasting processes, and provide financial analysis and insights to support business decisions.
- Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting and analysis.
- Partner with regional/divisional functions to oversee accounting, tax, treasury, and financial issues related to various distribution models.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a finance leader in an international FMCG group dealing with retail.
- Significant experience in financial planning, analysis, and reporting.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex financial information to non-finance stakeholders.
- Fluent English language skills, both spoken and written.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects and deadlines.
