About the RoleWe're seeking a talented Events & Conference Services Intern to join our team at the San Domenico Palace Taormina for our 2024 summer season. As an Events & Conference Services Intern, you'll play a key role in supporting our Events team in delivering exceptional experiences for our guests.
Responsibilities- Collaborate with the Events team to ensure seamless execution of events and conferences
- Assist with rooming lists, special arrangements, and F&B requirements for groups and events
- Communicate with agencies and clients to prepare proposals and contracts
- Verify information with involved departments and prepare related documents
- Luxury hotel Sales & Event experience preferred (minimum two years)
- Excellent Italian and English communications skills (verbal and written)
- Positive attitude and effective interpersonal skills, time management, and organization abilities
