We are seeking a skilled and service-oriented professional to join our team as a Doorman/Porter at the Castello Di Casole, A Hotel in Tuscany, Italy.

The ideal candidate is passionate about the hospitality business and is committed to delivering exceptional service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcoming and farewelling guests in a warm and professional manner.
  • Ensuring the parking area is clean and well-maintained.
  • Maintaining the external reception area to the highest standards.
  • Providing guests with information about their stay and the local area.
  • Working closely with the reception team to ensure seamless guest experiences.
  • Responding to emergency requests and maintaining a professional relationship with guests and colleagues.
Requirements
  • Fluent in English and Italian.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • High School certificate.
