We are seeking a highly skilled Cost Manager / Real Estate Analyst to join our team at Currie & Brown Group Limited. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing expert advice on cost management and real estate valuation to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and draft technical due diligence reports for existing buildings and new developments, focusing on the hospitality and leisure sector.
- Analyze cadastral, building, and urban planning documentation to identify potential risks and opportunities.
- Draft VDRs, checklists, and formulate Q&A with clients to ensure a thorough understanding of project requirements.
- Develop CapEx plans and budgets for new property developments or renovations, ensuring accurate cost estimation and project feasibility.
- Monitor project and construction costs to ensure timely completion and within budget.
- Prepare business plans and analyze real estate investments to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
- Draft feasibility studies for properties subject to urban and building development, considering market trends and regulatory requirements.
- Support clients in investment analysis processes, providing expert advice on real estate market trends and economic macro-trends.
- Extensive expertise in urban planning analyses and feasibility studies to identify opportunities for asset transformation and value creation.
- Excellent technical knowledge of reference regulations and technical-administrative building and cadastral procedures.
- Extensive expertise in technical real estate due diligence, with a strong understanding of real estate valuation methods.
- Good knowledge of the national real estate market, real estate investment types (Core, Value add, etc.), and different asset classes.
- Sufficient knowledge of main real estate valuation methods.
- Degree in Engineering, Architecture, or Economics.
- Excellent knowledge of English language, with proficiency in Italian language.
- Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office package, with a focus on Excel for business planning and modeling.
- Professional experience in the Real Estate sector, with a minimum of 2 years in international consulting, real estate valuation, SGR, and/or real estate/asset management companies.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in multidisciplinary teams for complex projects.
- Excellent analytical skills, with a propensity for teamwork, results orientation, and reliability.
