• Product Strategy and Vision: Develop and communicate a clear product vision that aligns with our overall objectives and market needs.
• Outcome-Based Product Development: Implement an outcome-based approach to product management, focusing on delivering measurable business results and customer value.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to ensure successful product development and delivery.
• Customer-Centric Approach: Engage with customers, partners, and stakeholders to gather feedback, validate product concepts, and ensure alignment with market needs.
• Roadmap Planning and Execution: Identify opportunities, conduct feasibility studies, and develop a comprehensive product roadmap that outlines key milestones, deliverables, and timelines.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in product management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering products in an outcomes-based environment.
• A proactive people leader who drives results through transformation with a passion for problem-solving.
• Experience working with brands in the technology and/or apps verticals.

We offer a competitive salary range of $140,000 - $180,000 per year, based on experience, along with opportunities for professional growth and career advancement, a collaborative and innovative work environment, and the chance to make a meaningful impact on the success of our customers and the growth of our company.
