As a Technical Project Coordinator for IT Services at HSPI S.p.A, a leading Italian company in the field of IT consulting, you will play a key role in planning and monitoring IT projects for our esteemed clients.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing IT impacts, developing project plans, monitoring progress, drafting documents, and facilitating communication among stakeholders. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Engineering, Management Engineering, or Computer Science is required, along with knowledge of IT technologies and processes, digital transformation, and excellent Office package skills.

Main Responsibilities
  • Analyze IT impacts of change
  • Develop project plans shared with various Operations structures
  • Monitor plans and take corrective actions
  • Draft project documents and progress reports (SAL)
  • Facilitate communication among the various stakeholders involved
  • Coordinate the use of Project Management and Project Collaboration tools
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should possess flexibility and adaptability, ability to work in a team, excellent communication skills (both verbal and written), and organizational autonomy. Salary and Contract

This position offers an employment contract with a competitive remuneration package determined by seniority. We estimate the salary range to be approximately €45,000 - €60,000 per year, depending on your level of experience and qualifications.
