Job Role and Responsibilities

We are seeking an innovative mechanical engineer, even without experience, who is willing to learn and collaborate with other teams to face and solve critical issues in the PCB industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design new mechanical assemblies for different subsystems of the tool
  • Write documentation related to new designed parts/assemblies, including procedures for the manufacturing team
  • Support the manufacturing team as needed
  • Analyze assemblies to reduce costs of existing tools
  • Reporting to the R&D mechanical team and working under the direction of the technical leader

Requirements

The ideal candidate:

  • Has a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering
  • Has good knowledge of CAD SW tools for mechanical design
  • Has good knowledge of fluid dynamics and heat transport in different materials
  • Has good knowledge of the English language (B2, at least)
  • Is curious and wants to learn
  • Has innovative ideas and is not afraid to try, even failing
  • Is patient, as R&D work requires different iterations to find the best solution
  • Offers different viewpoints to the technical leader
  • Likes teamwork and collaborating with other people in R&D
  • Wants to work in an international environment and confront demanding customers

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Master's Level Degree and 0 years related work experience
  • Bachelor's Level Degree and related work experience of 2 years
