As a Project Material Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring that industrial operations run smoothly and efficiently within our projects.

The Project Material Manager will be responsible for coordinating and consolidating QCD commitments within the Material Scope (Metier) in Project Execution. This includes managing industrial scope assigned by the DIS project to ensure that products are delivered to project stakeholders according to project QCD commitments. Additionally, you will work as an interface in the core team meeting representing both Procurement function and Operations/Supply Chain function.

In this role, you will represent the Industrial Operations organization within the project core team. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Getting QCD commitment as built at tender phase in the respective LU- Leading Unit and Pus- Participating Unit.
  • Ensuring that necessary inputs data allowing respect of QCD commitment are consistently and timely made available by other project contributors.
  • Defining industrial scheme and related make or buy strategy.
  • Checking completeness and on time availability of the detailed design under PrEM/ Engineer responsibility.
  • Coordinating and supervising the Industrial Operations that are in charge of the following tasks: supervision of material procurement, products manufacturing and testing, logistic & shipment.
  • Supervising cash flow curve related to material orders and minimizing the time the material remains in the warehouse.
  • Having a general vision of the Project's / suppliers' progress, stakes, and difficulties.
  • Managing the Material EAC/TAC (Estimation at Completion/ Total at Completion).

Requirements for this role include:

  • Degree in Management Engineering or equivalent.
  • Experience of at least 5 years in project or industrial management roles.
  • Consolidated knowledge and experience in Industrial Operation field.
  • Professional knowledge of English.
  • Basic knowledge on SAP (or others ERP system).
  • Good knowledge on office automation suit (Excel, Outlook).
  • Attitude to teamwork and to collaborate with people of various departments both internal and external.

We offer a competitive salary between €60,000 - €80,000 per annum depending on experience and qualifications. In addition, you can expect benefits such as comprehensive health insurance, pension plan, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
