Job Summary
As a Contract Legal Counsel at Dassault Systèmes, you will support the EMED and EMEAR legal teams in dealing with all legal aspects of 3DS operations and business. This includes providing legal advice to stakeholders, contributing to decision-making, and defining standard agreements. You will also approve final contractual frameworks, share legal analyses, and streamline communication processes with Business Affairs and other teams.
Key Responsibilities
Provides legal advice to stakeholders in all areas of expertise, including IP, litigation, antitrust, labor laws, and export regulations.
Contributes to decision-making by providing innovative solutions and risk-oriented analyses.
Defines standard agreements, creates, negotiates, and closes tailor-made agreements.
Approves final contractual frameworks for sales transactions.
Shares legal analyses to facilitate fast decision-making related to business development, creation, and protection of 3DS assets and value.
Streamlines and simplifies communication and validation processes with Business Affairs and other teams.
Requirements
Master's degree in contract law, intellectual property, corporate law, and litigation.
Initial experience in the high-tech sector.
Fluency in English.
Rigorous, autonomous, and proactive.
