Job Title: Commis de Bar

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Commis de Bar to join our team at the 7Pines Resort Sardinia. As a key member of our bar team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests and ensuring a seamless dining experience.

Main Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beers, and wines
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including utensils and equipment
• Take orders from customers and prepare drinks according to their specifications
• Prepare and serve food and snacks, including coffees and cappuccinos
• Welcome and interact with guests, providing a warm and friendly atmosphere
• Ensure compliance with food hygiene regulations and maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization

Requirements:

• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Strong knowledge of the English language and ability to communicate effectively with guests
• Previous experience in a luxury hotel or resort environment
