Responsabilità:
Il candidato selezionato, riportando direttamente alla direzione generale, avrà le seguenti responsabilità:

  • Coordinamento e pianificazione delle attività in cantiere, supervisionando le aziende appaltatrici per l'apertura di nuove sedi.
  • Gestione delle ristrutturazioni e delle manutenzioni straordinarie degli spazi esistenti.
  • Visite nei cantieri per garantire il corretto avanzamento dei lavori, rispettando le tempistiche e risolvendo eventuali problematiche.
  • Supporto all'area di espansione per la valutazione di nuove location, effettuando rilievi e fornendo stime di costo per la pianificazione di budget.
  • Gestione della sicurezza in conformità alle normative vigenti per le nuove aperture e per la manutenzione delle sedi.
  • Progettazione degli spazi interni delle filiali utilizzando AutoCAD.

Collaborazione:
Il candidato lavorerà a stretto contatto con il team tecnico per:

  • Gestire e pianificare le manutenzioni ordinarie.
  • Ottenere le licenze commerciali necessarie.
  • Richiedere autorizzazioni per la pubblicità.
  • Acquisire le necessarie autorizzazioni da enti locali per l'esecuzione dei lavori.

Requisiti:

  • Orientamento al raggiungimento degli obiettivi, capacità analitiche e motivazione al ruolo.
  • Esperienza pregressa in posizioni simili in aziende strutturate, preferibilmente nel settore Retail o GDO.
  • Disponibilità a frequenti trasferte.
  • Preferibile residenza nel Centro-Nord Italia.
  • Formazione tecnica e competenza nell'uso di AutoCAD.
