Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Administration Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for consolidating sales information from all regions, preparing analyzed and filtered reports for the Business Unit Director, and supporting the commercial area with administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Consolidate sales data from various regions and prepare reports for the Business Unit Director.
  • Work closely with Sales Directors, KAMs, and Project Managers to ensure accurate and timely data consolidation.
  • Prepare the monthly Business Opportunity List (BOL) report and share it with the Business Unit Director, Holding Committee, and Regional Directors.
  • Support the preparation of commercial reports for the BU Reports to CSO.
  • Develop and maintain the worldwide market study for the Business Unit.
  • Support the Engineering area with tasks such as POs engineering hours and system accesses.
  • Commissions and NREs invoicing.
  • Other administrative tasks as required.

Requirements

Academic Background

Medium bachelor degree, mainly in administration.

Language

Fluent in English (spoken and written).

Experience

5 years in a similar position in a commercial area.

Travel

Availability to travel.
