Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Career Accelerator - Product Engineering Officer to join our team in Italy. This is a 12-month VIE assignment that offers a unique opportunity to gain valuable experience and skills in product engineering.

Responsibilities
  • Contribute to the launch of new customer products and solutions by drafting business requirements and coordinating feasibility studies.
  • Formalize target operating model solutions and consolidate production costs related to new products and solutions.
  • Design operational products and services with operational departments and produce on-boarding kits, KPI, and SLA pro formats.
  • Take charge of setting documents required to support meetings and external presentations.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Master's degree from a reputable university with a specialization in economics or finance.
  • Previous experience in securities services or product management is desirable.
  • Fluent English language skills and intermediate Italian language skills.
  • Capacity to work autonomously and meet deadlines, proficient in MS Office.
