Job Responsibilities:

Create and maintain accurate and up-to-date Bill of Materials (BOMs) for spare parts, including implementing end-of-life strategies for discontinued materials and assemblies.

Develop and maintain technical drawings, specifications, manuals, and a 3D spare parts catalog, ensuring compliance with relevant technical standards and regulations.

Design and optimize spare parts to meet technical specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements.

Monitor and optimize spare parts costs, ensuring the efficient use of resources.

Identify, analyze, and resolve issues related to spare parts and BOMs to enhance product quality and reliability.

Requirements:

A completed degree in mechanical or electrical engineering or a comparable qualification, such as a technical secondary school in these fields.

Professional experience in spare parts management, especially in an industrial environment, is advantageous.

Advanced knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, especially BOM handling, is required.

Proficiency in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software and technical drawings, with strong knowledge of specifications, materials science, manufacturing, and quality control methods.
