Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement quality training programs to address employee needs at all levels.
- Evaluate and maintain quality and food safety documents, ensuring they are up-to-date and accessible to relevant parties.
- Stay informed about relevant regulations, standards, and industry best practices related to quality compliance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess compliance risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Provide backup support for other members of the compliance team as needed.
- B.S. Degree in Food Science, Biology, Chemistry, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience in food, pharmaceutical, or agricultural processing.
- Strong understanding of Management of Change processes and principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead and influence teams to achieve compliance objectives.
