Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled FP&A Business Analyst, Industrial Operations to join our team at Bunge. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for providing financial analysis and support to our industrial operations.

Main Responsibilities

  • Work closely with plant managers and key stakeholders to identify potential cost deviations, mitigation plans, and saving opportunities, and follow up on their execution and results.
  • Ensure accurate financial accounting reporting of industrial expenses monthly, prepare accruals of variable costs, and build monthly forecasts of plant industrial costs.
  • Lead the preparation of yearly business plans for plant industrial expenses, including variable, fixed, and depreciation costs.
  • Drive the preparation of new initiatives and post-implementation reviews, and support business finance partners in identifying and validating projects resulting in added profit and/or cost savings.
  • Submit monthly PQSE KPI reports, ensure compliance with internal reporting guidelines, and support external reporting (US-GAAP).
  • Manage, control, and document inventory counts (commodities and spare parts), and work with other plant industrial finance partners to standardize processes amongst the market and value chain.

Requirements

  • A degree in Finance, Management, or Business.
  • +/- 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Ability to analyze large and complex data and extract simple actionable insights.
  • Knowledgeable about international company procedures and compliance issues, with a global view of the business.
  • Good communication skills.
