Job Description:

At Trigyn Technologies, we are seeking a Cloud Reliability Specialist to join our team. This role will be based in Brindisi, Italy.

Key Responsibilities:

We are looking for an experienced professional to manage our cloud infrastructure, which includes over 140 subscriptions/accounts in our Azure and AWS public infrastructures.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of cloud infrastructure engineering, with a focus on Azure or AWS technologies. They will be responsible for providing tier-3 technical support for cloud services, investigating and resolving complex issues related to cloud infrastructure, networking, security, and applications.

The Cloud Reliability Specialist will develop and maintain Azure/AWS infrastructure using Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) tools like Terraform, implementing best practices for security, scalability, and cost efficiency. They will monitor and analyze cloud infrastructure performance, proactively identifying and addressing bottlenecks and issues to ensure optimal performance and availability.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for continuously improving our cloud infrastructure by identifying and implementing automation opportunities, optimizing resource utilization, and integrating new Azure services and features.

Requirements:

We are looking for a candidate with 3+ years of experience as a Cloud Reliability Engineer or similar role (SRE). They should also have 5+ years of experience with Linux and/or Windows operating systems management.

The ideal candidate will have experience in cloud infrastructure engineering with a focus on Azure or AWS technologies, as well as strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.

They should also have excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. A flexible, team player with a 'get-it-done' personality is essential for this role.
