Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Partner to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our recruitment team, you'll collaborate closely with hiring managers to drive Satispay's growth and success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with hiring managers to develop and execute effective talent acquisition strategies, ensuring a strong pipeline of top talent.
  • Design and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract and engage international candidates, leveraging platforms like LinkedIn and direct outreach.
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates, communicating the value proposition of Satispay and managing the talent funnel through calibration and assessment.
  • Establish and nurture talent pipelines to meet hiring needs, collaborating with the Talent Team and hiring managers.
  • Generate reports and analyze performance metrics to track the effectiveness of talent acquisition efforts.
  • Support employer branding initiatives to enhance Satispay's reputation and attract top talent.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in managing the end-to-end talent acquisition cycle, including searching and acquiring talents with a track record of high volumes of hiring.
  • 2+ years of experience in fast-growing environments, ideally with previous experience in scaling companies.
  • Expertise in developing effective sourcing strategies, leveraging LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean searches with full autonomy.
  • Fluency in both Italian and English (with fluency in French considered a strong plus) and excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Highly organized, with the ability to work both independently and in a team, and a quick learner, adaptable to new challenges and environments.
  • Proactive and creative thinking, with the ability to find innovative solutions and results-oriented, entrepreneurial, and enthusiastic about taking on new challenges in a fast-paced international environment.
