POSITION SUMMARY
The intern will assist in various dimensions of Human Resources functions, particularly in Training and Recruitment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
The selected candidate will provide support to the HR Business Partner (HRBP) team in the following areas:
- Assistance in managing training programs
- Coordinating the operational aspects of training sessions in partnership with the Learning Coordinator
- Monitoring and reporting on training initiatives through specialized dashboards
- Preparing monthly presentations
- Collecting and archiving necessary documentation
- Facilitating the selection process for temporary staff
- Conducting intake meetings with Hiring Managers and HRBP
- Engaging with employment agencies
- Conducting structured selection interviews (post-induction and under supervision)
- Preparing administrative paperwork
Additional support for HRBP Service team activities may also be required.
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A degree in Humanities and/or Economics (or related disciplines)
- A Master's degree in Human Resources is advantageous
- Proficiency in English and the local language
- Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook
- Excellent organizational and planning capabilities, with a keen eye for detail
- Outstanding communication and teamwork abilities
