We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at Claire's. As a Sales Associate, you will play a key role in driving sales and delivering exceptional customer service to our customers.

• Support Store Management: Collaborate with Store Managers and Assistant Store Managers to achieve retail store targets and drive sales growth.
• Deliver Sales through Customer Service: Provide friendly and efficient customer service to drive sales and ensure a fun and enjoyable shopping experience for our customers.
• Product Knowledge: Demonstrate Claire's products and assist customers with their queries using your product knowledge.
• Store Operations: Assist with processing store deliveries, visual merchandising, stock takes, markdowns, and promotions.
• Ear Piercing: Provide ear piercing services to customers, with full training provided.
• Store Presentation: Ensure the store looks presentable and inviting to our customers.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• High School Diploma: A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as basic computer skills.
• Customer Service Skills: A strong understanding of the importance of customer service and the ability to provide exceptional service to our customers.
• Mathematical Skills: A sound understanding of mathematics and strong reading comprehension skills.
• Physical Demands: Ability to stand during scheduled shifts, maneuver up to 25 lbs regularly, and up to 75 lbs occasionally, as well as bend, stoop, and climb ladders and step stools.
• Technical Skills: Ability to operate a POS system.
