As a seasoned Project Manager at HOERBIGER Holding AG, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget. Your expertise in rotating equipment, particularly in the Oil & Gas sector, will be invaluable in managing projects from definition to completion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide timely quotations and manage project resources effectively.
  • Oversee the overhaul of reciprocating Compressors, including the purchase of Capital Parts and Spare parts.
  • Lead Mechatronic System projects, encompassing purchasing and resource planning.
  • Conduct customer visits to gather information and evaluate findings.
  • Ensure consistency between budget and final delivery, and create final reports and inspection protocols.
  • Act as the primary contact between the customer and operations team.
Requirements
  • Education in mechanical Engineering.
  • Project Management experience, preferably in rotating equipment for the Oil & Gas sector.
  • Experience with Recip Compressor, Auxiliary equipment, actuators, valves, and R&P, preferably in the Oil & Gas sector.
  • Basic machining knowledge.
  • Experience with SAP tools is an advantage.
  • Ability to think in processes and prioritize ownership of work with a service-oriented attitude.
  • Excellent coordination and organization skills and collaborative team player.
  • Customer-centric approach, both internally and externally.
  • Innovative and solution-focused mindset.
  • Curious mindset and proactive in seeking knowledge.
