Job Title: HR Manager

About the Role:

Founded in 1913 in Italy, the Prada Group is a leader in the production of luxury goods, operating in over 45 countries with its brands PRADA, Miu Miu, Church's, Car Shoe, and Pasticceria Marchesi. The company values a creative and international work environment, with a diverse team of over 100 nationalities.

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for managing HR activities for the leather goods plants in Italy, reporting to the HR Director of the LG Division.
  • They will support the Line Managers in identifying candidates fitting the Division's needs, deliver onboarding procedures, and communicate new hirings internally.
  • The HR Manager will also manage internal academy and development programs, provide support during annual processes, and ensure the relationship with the payroll and labor cost team.
  • Additionally, they will manage temporary workers and related budgets, guarantee administrative tasks, and provide HR reporting to stakeholders.
  • The ideal candidate will have a degree in business, human resources, or a related field, with at least 5-6 years of experience in a similar role.
  • They will possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, be proactive, independent, and autonomous, and have the ability to balance needs, interests, and demands.
  • The role requires frequent national business trips and fluency in English.
