Job Purpose:
As a Software Quality Assurance Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to design, develop, and execute automated test suites using tools like Selenium, JUnit, and TestNG. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to understand requirements, prepare automated solutions, and ensure quality throughout the development process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and Maintain Automated Test Suites: Create, maintain, and improve automated test suites to ensure software stability and quality.
- Execute Automated Regression Tests: Execute automated regression tests to verify software stability after each change.
- Integrate Automated Tests into CI/CD Processes: Integrate automated tests into CI/CD processes using tools like Jenkins and GitLab CI/CD.
- Collaborate with Developers and Product Managers: Work closely with developers and product managers to understand requirements and provide continuous feedback.
- Create and Execute Load Tests: Create and execute load tests to verify system scalability.
- Implement Security Tests: Implement security tests to identify and resolve vulnerabilities.
- Document Test Plans and Results: Document test plans, procedures, and results.
- Collaborate with Senior Management and Technical Groups: Collaborate with senior management and technical groups globally.

Requirements:
