In the realm of Toyota Material Handling Italia, we are dedicated to addressing the material handling needs of businesses across various sectors. **Your Role**

As a key member of the Purchasing Governance Team, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the integrity of Vendor Master Data across our operations in Europe.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Assessing SAP reports related to Vendor Master Data.
  • Identifying discrepancies and errors in the data that require rectification.
  • Collaborating with relevant departments to gather accurate information for corrections.
  • Monitoring the execution of these corrections to ensure data integrity.

With the ongoing SAP implementation project, you will also assist teams in evaluating the quality of data in existing ERP systems, ensuring a seamless transition to SAP.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Guarantee the accuracy of Vendor Master Data within SAP.
  • Lead and monitor data correction initiatives across multiple TMHE entities in various countries.
  • Analyze data errors over time to pinpoint areas with the highest risk of inaccuracies.
  • Provide training to high-risk areas on Master Data Entry to mitigate future errors.
  • Occasional travel across Europe may be required to collaborate with different TMHE entities.

**Your Qualifications**

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in ERP systems.
  • Proficiency in SAP, particularly in Master Data management, is highly advantageous.
  • Familiarity with M3 and/or Power BI is beneficial but not mandatory.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills for data verification.
  • Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally within Europe.
