At Segula Technologies, we are seeking a skilled Electrical-Mechanical Integration Engineer to join our team in Vado Ligure, Italy. As a key member of our mechanical integration team, you will be responsible for performing electrical-mechanical integration activities and delivering high-quality results on projects and tenders.
Key responsibilities include:
- Performing electrical-mechanical integration activities and deliveringables on projects and tenders in compliance with quality, cost delivery commitments.
- Defining requirements and mechanical electrical interfaces, to equipment, cubicles harnesses, cable tray junction box (allocated volume, weight, location, use of standard parts, etc.).
- Ensuring consistency of mechanical electrical interfaces, compliance with requirements on domain scope.
- Checking with respect to allocated volumes/interfaces (no-clashes) on internal design.
- Helping electrical engineering colleagues to prepare and document the activities in order to sustain design reviews.
- Checking electrical routing sub-systems deliveries conformity with project needs.
- Realizing Bill of Material (BoM).
Requirements:
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
- Mechanical Engineer preferably applied to Railway products with 1-2 years' experience.
- Good knowledge of PTC Creo, appreciated Catia V5 3D Modelling, drawing rules and stack-up analysis.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills including with third parties in an international environment.
- Time management and reporting skills.
- Sense of urgency / priority.
- Structured and organized with hands-on approach.
- Fluent in English and Italian.
- Willingness to travel.
